Beam - Natural Shampoo Bar

Family, health and wellness, the environment, enjoying nature every day - these are the things that matter to me, and they shape everything I make. Beam is the right balance of cleansing and conditioning for normal to oily hair, fine tuned so it never weighs hair down.

I've made Beam using:

• Cleansing coconut oil
• Nourishing olive oil
• Conditioning castor oil
• French yellow clay, to help balance oil at the scalp
• Fresh, zesty citrus essential oils

I always recommend following up with a hair rinse after washing with a shampoo bar, to balance the hair and leave it soft and manageable. My hair rinses are infused with marshmallow root to help detangle and add softness, shine and bounce. Each 120g bar gives around 25-35 washes.

Handmade from raw ingredients, completely free from chemical detergents, foaming agents and preservatives - including SLS, parabens, artificial fragrances and colours. Suitable for sensitive skin, and safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

This bar is sent without a label, as standard.

How to use

• Wet your hair and the bar thoroughly with warm water
• Rub the bar directly onto your scalp and hair, or lather it in your hands first if you prefer
• Massage into a lather, focusing on the scalp
• Rinse thoroughly - natural bars need a longer rinse than commercial shampoo, so take your time here
• Follow with a hair rinse to balance pH and prevent build up, especially in hard water areas
• Store on a draining soap dish between uses to help the bar last
